As you should know Tuesdays is book blog day were we talk about one particular book and pretty much run with it. Today's blog is on the Devil Wears Prada Fan fiction: The Guest Editor by Oniton, The Brief Autobiography of Miranda Priestly by sweetdivision and For the Better by Naralanis.

Ten years after she was abandoned by Andrea in Paris, Miranda Priestly still has never missed a deadline in nearly 30 years as Editor-in-Chief of Runway Magazine. That is until her second assistant literally gives her a heart attack. The September issue is at risk and Nigel has to “Call an old friend...”
I like this story purely for the reason that it shows a version of how life has moved on after the book/movie and how everyone has changed in some way shape or form. As well as giving Andy a chance to be in the shoes of her previous boss and give her a chance to make her mark on the job that made a mark on her. I recommend this fic as a good read and give it an 8/10.
Oniton joined fanfiction.net on August 3rd 2013 and from that time to present day (the publishing of this Blog) has written 20 stories for various fandoms including West Wing, Spooks, Downton Abby, MI-5, James Bond, Newsroom, Batman Begins/Dark Knight, Harry Potter, Devil wears Prada, Call the Midwife, Crimson Field and Pride and Prejudice.

The life and times of Miranda Priestly as told by the fashion editor herself.
The reason why I love this one chapter story is because it gives off the “A relative telling you of their life and job” vibes, which in story telling/writing land is very hard to fully pull off even writing your own fiction let alone fanfiction. I can definitely see this story being expanded into a full multi chapter fanfiction story so if the original writer or another attempts this I will definitely be on board as a reader. I recommend this to anyone who loves reading the DWP fanfiction and I give this a 9/10.
sweetdivision joined fanfiction.net on July 26th 2012 and has gone onto write 14 stories for various fandoms including Devil wears Prada, Overwatch, Dragon Age, Prom, Ocean's Eight, Frozen and Rizzoli & Isles.

Inspired by laysunday30's awesome fic 'Colorblind'. The fashion world is crazy about one Alexandra Saxton, Miranda included. But what does her ex-assistant have to do with it?
I really like this story due to how in depth it goes especially with character growth and development as well as tying in the original book and history, and yes whilst its based on another story with a similar plot it completely goes its own way and with 59 chapters and no end in sight, I live in hope the author Naralanis continues to write it and eventually finish the story. I highly recommend this fanfiction and give it a 9/10.
Naralanis joined fanfiction.net March 17th 2012 and has gone onto write stories for Devil wears Prada, Captain Marvel, Harry Potter, Once Upon a Time and Supergirl.
