Long live the Pumpkin Queen was released on August 2nd 2022 by Disney Press as a young adult novel sequel to the well known 1993 movie The Nightmare before Christmas (Often known as Tim Burtan's The Nightmare before Christmas). The story is written by author Shea Ernshaw and follows Sally as the main character as she settles into her role as The Pumpkin Queen and ends up learning several things about herself along the way. As a lover of the original movie since childhood when I heard about the book I was pretty gleeful and the moment I got it I instantly read through it and loved the book, My favourite part is Sally learning of her true heritage and that shes not from Halloween town originally. I highly recommend this book to all the fans of The Nightmare Before Christmas and those who love to read in general and give the book a 9/10.
