As you should know Tuesdays is book blog day were we talk about one particular book and pretty much run with it. Today's blog is on the Memoir The Vegas Diaries: Romance, Rolling the Dice and the road to Reinvention by Holly Madison.
After making the sudden decision to reclaim her life, Holly broke free from the sheltered, deceptive confines of the mansion (which meant exiting a hit TV show) and was determined to start her life over...from scratch. Without the security of a job or relationship, she set out to reinvent herself on no one's terms but her own.
Deciding to roll the dice and begin again in the glamorous and dreamlike city of Las Vegas, Holly quickly realised that while she may have left her life in the rear view mirror, the labels and stereotypes that came from it weren't so quick to leave her. With a fierce commitment to take charge of her own narrative, Holly dives head first into a journey of self-discovery.

Published by Dey Street Books like her previous memoir on May 17th 2016, The Vegas Diaries followed Holly Madison's life during her time after the mansion and living in Las Vegas, performing in the burlesque show Peep-show, filming her own show Holly's World and merely living her life. Just like Down the Rabbit hole I listened to The Vegas Diaries as an audio book, I like the fact it follows on from Down the Rabbit Hole. As such I give the book an 8/10.
