As you should know Tuesdays is book blog day were we talk about one particular book and pretty much run with it. Today's blog is on the crossover fanfic The Home for Lost Ones by Umathebookworm.


The war is won, but at what cost? The Wizarding World wanted her to become their beacon of hope, their shield, their leader. But she was done saving people who were okay with children fighting their wars. She was drowning in grief and self-hatred...and she was tired. What will she do when she learns the truth about her ancestors and the old tale suddenly appears in a new light.


  • The home for lost ones Fanfiction summery


The Home for Lost Ones, a Crossover fanfiction between Harry Potter and House of The Dragon, currently has seven chapters as of July 29th 2025 (and the writing of this blog), the chapter having been first posted on December 21st 2024. I like this story even though it doesnt have a lot of chapters due to its decently written chapters and building of plot. I definitely recommend reading and following it and I give the story a 7/10.


Umathebookworm joined Fanfiction.net on May 5th 2020 and currently has two stires tied to Vampire Diaries, Harry Potter and House of The Dragon.
