Hey there Earthlings, Alternatives and Trollers. Put down that mouse and lend an ear. Welcome to The Bandersnatch blog where we talk weird, wacky and wondrous. I'm The Bandersnatch and I have no idea what I'm doing.
As you should know Tuesdays is book blog day were we talk about one particular book and pretty much run with it. Today's blog is on Bonehead by Mo Hayder.
A terrifying accident....Alex Mullins knows she is one of the lucky ones. When a fatal Coach crash at her school reunion killed several of her classmates, she was saved from a grisly fate. She is haunted by what she thinks she saw that night: a vision of a skeletal woman, known by the locals as the Bonehead – a woman who brings bad luck to all that sees her,
A mystery waiting to be solved....Now a police officer in Gloucestershire, Alex fights to overcome the past by helping other people. But when her path crosses with someone who was there that fateful night, her new life begins to unravel at the seams.
What really happened that night of the crash? And what does she have to do for the petrifying Bonehead to finally leave her be?
Bonehead Goodreads Summery
When I found out Bonehead had been released, I immediately went looking for it and managed to eventually buy it. Bonehead is brilliantly written It gives creepypasta and legend/myth vibes on top of its crime thriller appeal which is cool. Another good story from Mo Hayder (even posthumously), as such I give this book an 8/10.
