As you should know Tuesdays is book blog day were we talk about one particular book and pretty much run with it. Today's blog is on Baking Yesteryear by B. Dylan Hollis.

Baking Yester year by B. Dylan Hollis, is a cookbook of several recipes collected from the 1900's to the 1980's and was released in July of 2023 by Penguin Random house, the book has debuted at No1 on The New York Times Best Sellers list, and I received the book for Christmas. I have read through this book but I have yet to make any of the recipes as of yet, but I will do so in the next few weeks. As such I'm giving the book a 9 out of 10 partially due to some of the recipes having funny ingredients.

Benjamin Dylan Hollis, aka B. Dylan Hollis born September 7^th 1995 is a social media personality and baker of Bermudian-American decent. He's best known for his Tiktoks and Videos where he bakes unusual vintage American recipes. As of August 2023, B. Dylan Hollis has 10 million Tiktok followers and 2 million subscribers on Youtube.
